Set up your accounts
Create your web account and confirm your email. Then create your game account in the panel. These are separate accounts: the web account manages your access and game accounts.
Create accountInstall the launcher
Download the launcher for Windows. Choose a separate folder for the client and use “Repair client” to download or verify its files.

Sign in to the launcher with your web account, select your game account and wait for verification to finish. Press “Play” to open the client.

Answers for your first steps in L2 Turtle.
Is my web account my game account?
No. Your web account uses your email to access the panel and launcher. Use it to create game accounts, each with its own login without a prefix.
How do I install or repair the client?
Install the launcher, choose a separate folder and use “Repair client”. The launcher downloads missing files and verifies existing ones before enabling “Play”.

Where do I receive my rewards?
Items arrive in your web warehouse first. Check their status and manage delivery to the game in the panel.
How do I protect my account or get help?
Enable two-factor authentication in Security and save your recovery codes. If you need help with your account, open a private support ticket in the panel.
